5) Rules of Engagement (2000) -. Samuel L. Jackson stars Colonel Terry Childers, a sailor who is brought to court martial on charges of disobeying the rules of participation in a military incident in the U.S. embassy in Sanaa, Yemen, resulting in the slaughter of civilians by Childers men . With the help of Col. Hayes Lawrence “Hodge” Hodges II, played by Tommy Lee Jones, who is not guilty.

4) The Rainmaker (1997) -. A young Tennessee lawyer fresh out of law school takes the case of his life in this amazing courtroom drama. When an insurance company trying to avoid paying attention to a young man diagnosed with leukemia needs, the family decides to hire a lawyer. Rudy Baylor is the client in his first case after the head of the company has to hide because he is wanted by the FBI. He has to overcome many obstacles inside and outside the courtroom in an attempt to discover what it means to be a lawyer. Matt Damon plays Rudy and support the team include Danny DeVito, Claire Danes, Danny Glover and Jon Voight earned a Golden Globe nomination for his portrayal of attorney Leo Drummond.

3) Time to Kill (1996) -. When Tonya Hailey, an African American girl is innocent raped and beaten by 2 rednecks beer lovers, the city of Clanton, Mississippi is shocked. His father, Carl Lee Hailey is outraged, and find that they are doomed, decides to take justice into their own hands and killed in the courthouse, before many witnesses. Now, this is Jake Brigance to get Carl Lee off the hook. There are people who help you, but faces a tough DA Rufus Buckley.
